NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT/REVIEW PERIOD AND PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Trinidad is requesting public review and comment of the Water Conservation Plan, which is a component of the North Lake Dam Rehabilitation Project. The City of Trinidad intends to accept grant monies from the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) in order to accomplish the North Lake project. One of the CWCB requirements is to create a thirty (30) day time period for public review of the plan.

The plan is available for review at the office of the Utility Superintendent or City Clerk's office, City Hall, 135 N. Animas Street. Additionally, a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Trinidad on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 135 N. Animas Street, Trinidad, Colorado, for the purpose of taking public comment on the Water Conservation Plan.
